LEGAL NOTICE

Philip Hemming and Adam Stephens of S&W Partners LLP were appointed as the Joint Special Administrators (“JSAs”) of Jarvis Investment Management Limited (‘Jarvis IM’, the “Company”) on 14 October 2026 following an order made by the High Court of England Wales under The Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are now managed by the JSAs. The JSAs act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability. The JSAs are authorised to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics.

The JSAs will work as quickly as possible to achieve the statutory objectives of the special administration and to return Client Assets as soon as possible.

Active Clients

If you are an active Client of Jarvis IM, you cannot access your Client Assets at this early stage of the process. The JSAs will be writing to all affected Clients directly and will provide further information regarding the transfer process as it becomes available.

Redress creditors

The redress program previously being offered by the Company until 23 December 2026 has now stopped because of the Company’s insolvency.

If a claim to client redress was not submitted before the date of special administration, you may still qualify for redress, however, your claim will be an unsecured claim against the company. The JSAs will be writing to all affected creditors and are speaking to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”) to see whether any unpaid, redress payments may qualify for compensation.

Clients transferred to Interactive Investor in 2025

Prior to the special administration, Jarvis IM transferred most of its Clients from its retail, execution-only businesses to the investment platform, interactive investor (www.ii.co.uk)

The transfer of these Clients was successfully completed during 2025 and, therefore, those Clients are not affected by the special administration of Jarvis IM.
